To Sombra - Follow the path from parking that goes behind (right side) of the large building you pass on the way in. Follow that trail directly to the wall.
To Colmena, Corral, and Vampiro follow that same trail but go left and follow the cliff around to these walls. Do not enter the little canyon. That's Private Property.
To the rest of the walls - Follow the road back to the front of the large building and follow the trail that goes left up towards the cliff. It will meet the wall at Jarras.
