Approach to Gallows Edge

After taking the paved path between the houses off of Meadow Lane, veer left and head straight to the cliff edge. A cairn should mark where a climber's trail descends down from the rim; this can be easy to miss. Follow the trail down and take a right when it levels out, continuing on a trail through some trees and scrambling down a few small drops. Eventually the trail will loop around to the north as it reaches the base of the Gallows Edge walls.
