About 30 minute approach.
First take the trail to Lookout Point wall (from town/Bush House, head on the train tracks for 5 mins and take the trail on the right, follow the trail up, staying right at the first fork, follow the trail uphill to the base of the Lookout Point wall, a big tall wall, turn right along the base).
From the base of Lookout Point wall, head right (East) along the base. When the base finally ends, keep on heading straight and another smaller wall starts a minute later. Lookout Jr is halfway up this wall and on the right side... you could scramble directly up (there's some handlines), but a slightly easier approach is to continue walking right (northeast) around the right side of the wall and then continue up a forested gully ~4 switchbacks and then spot a little turnoff to enter the forested wall on the left. It can be difficult to spot the turnoff/"scramble" onto the wall. There's a handline after you get 10 feet up onto the wall (not visible from trail).
