Approach based on the treasure map-esque drawing provided by Eric Newell.
EDIT 6/22/2020:
Revised the approach a bit from Newell's map so that the climber will need to side-hill sooner to avoid the maintenance road. Do not walk on the maintenance road beyond the "NO TRESPASSING" sign. Look for a trail higher up on the hill when you approach from the North directing road. Currently attempting to find out any information regarding the legality of the approach and the climbing area.
