Approach to Pirate's Cove

At the first major fork in the trail from the main trail after the downhill section, stay straight where you would veer left for Summersville proper. You'll step over a dead tree or two, and soon you'll be able to see the water and a short slabby descent that usually has a rope to assist. There is often a waterfall just to the climber's right of where you go from woods to crag.
