Does anyone know the status of the guy that hit the ground on 3am Crack Sunday. We debated a rescue. But, he eventually got up and "walked" out with a great deal of assistance. He did sustain injury to his tailbone/lower back. I wish him a speedy recovery. Anyone know how he is doing?

Pretty steady rain Sunday morning. What was the weather down there like around the time of the accident?

I just received word that he is going to be ok. A fractured sacrum but no surgery. Great news!

For those who are wondering, and according to a comment posted on the 3am Crack page, this accident was caused by a belayer who lowered the climber off the end of the rope.
