Description Suggest change

This one is technically a line. It’s not good, but it’s worth doing if you have nothing else nearby.

Stand start on the middle of the rail and throw up a high heel. Launch up and slightly right to a sloping edge around 10 feet up. Hold the tension and layback until you can match the top of the sloping edge. Escape left or go straight up.
