Description Suggest change

Hidden among a whole field of pleasant, comfortable boulder problems, this claustrophobic romp was never destined for glory. It is, however, sort of entertaining. This would be good mental training for runout desert chimneying.

Use a combo of finger locks, hand jams, and OW technique until the crack widens enough to get inside about 10 ft up. Continue squeezing for another 20 ft with lots of assistance from face holds. Skootch out right towards chock stone when the squeeze narrows. Finish with 10 ft of easy but dirty chimneying.

If this has been done before and has a name, let me know.

Location Suggest change

This climb is located in the back of the big cave left of the Abstraction roof. Look for a wavy finger and Hand crack on the right wall, and a big squeeze chimney above.

Protection Suggest change

Best to boulder. Once you’re in the squeeze, it’d be hard to fall out
