Description Suggest change

Eliminate version of Impulse Control that joins Slap Happy and finishes to the left. Slightly awkward top out as the crack / jug above the bulge on Slap Happy and the good holds on the arete after the start of Impulse Control are OFF. Fun, but slightly contrived.
