A body position problem on good rock with air above a great landing.

Squat start at the edge of the drop-off in two large pockets. Sculpted edges and dishes lead slightly left to a good pocket past the lip. Follow the arete right using cobbles and edges until a nice rounded jug on the upper arete allows for a transition onto the face.

Southeast face of the Split Boulder. Left side of the upper tier. Look for a chest high 5"X7" block near drop-off, then find the big pockets below.

While landing area is fully shaded in the afternoon, the rock itself is in the shade nearly all day.

Spotter can stand on lower level to protect the first several moves before stepping up and shifting pads for the upper arete.
