A really fun lead with a cool roof pull near the end. Great practice for your next trip to the Gunks!

Start with face climbing up to an overlap. Surmount this feature and trend left to follow a somewhat ill-defined crack system up the face to a blocky orange roof split by a big crack near the top. Pull the well-protected roof on great holds and continue to the top.

Starts about 50' right of Yum Yum Tree. Rap from anchors.

Standard rack; be ready with a medium cam or two to protect the roof move. Bolted anchors.

Beauty aside, this line is beyond filthy. Plan to take up a shop vac and leaf blower to feel rock on this climb. At least I think there's rock underneath all that dirt...? Oct 2, 2016

Not sure about needing a shop vac on this line haha. Really fun roof pull, worth climbing for sure. We hit it yesterday, November, and while there were some fallen leaves on the ledges it was definitely good to go. Nov 12, 2017
