As a climber who pro-actively checks for closures, I only need to know if the area/route I'm looking at is currently closed or partly closed so I can spend more time climbing and getting beta instead of decoding cryptic repetitive access issues only to find they aren't relevant or applicable to what I'm looking at. Seasonal closure info is supplemental value and should be still be easy to find on impacted pages without causing false alarms → warning fatigue →reduced compliance
