Can’t log in on other devices

I signed up with Apple ID, but I selected the “use a private relay” so now I can’t log into my account on any device but my phone. When I try to log in on desktop with Apple, the emails don’t match because it’s using my real email and not the relay address. I can’t log in with the relay address because I didn’t sign up with email. I can’t send and password reset or anything because the relay isn’t relaying those emails for some reason (maybe also to do with Apple ID sign-in) so I’m stuck. I understand for security reasons, staff can’t just change emails of accounts, but I can prove I’m logged in and it’s my account some way. I only have a few posts but I’d rather keep my account still.
