PDX skier, climber, aspiring winter alpinist

I'm new to the area from CO, looking for safe but stoked partners or mentors to learn my way on volcanos and gain experience with ice/winter climbing. 24M for those who like to know.

I have 4-5 years of ski touring under my belt and a few more of climbing, progressing into sport, multipitch, and some trad along the way. One climb and ski descent of Hood via the Old Chute a couple of years ago. AIARE 1 and generally strong rope skills. Let me know if you're in a similar place and want to learn together, are open to teaching me a thing or two, or just want to rip some turns! I also climb at Movement if you'd like to link up there.

I've climbed with Carter a lot in Colorado. He's extremely knowledgable and safe. He's a great dude to climb with and I would highly recommend him as a partner.
