Need a room in Boulder for August 1-September 15ish

Hi. I need a place to live in Boulder starting August 1st and staying until either 2 or 3 weeks into September. I know it's short term and maybe not ideal, but I had a place lined up which fell through so now I'm in a stitch. Next detail: I have a dog, Dexter. He's a medium/small black mutt thingo that's super chill. Doesn't bark and gets along with everyone and every dog. Just meet him and you'll see he won't cause any trouble. Fully house trained, he'd explode before going inside.

Me? My name is Brendan Leader. 24 year old male. I live in the Red River Gorge most of the year but came out to Boulder to train seriously for the summer. Focusing on sport climbing. Big time cyclist and mountain biker also. Low impact roommate. Have a mattress and some toys and that's all. I'm on a fairly intense training schedule between the gym, pedaling, swimming and weights sessions. I am self employed/contract employed all based on the ole computer and scheduling based on whatever I feel like. Not a big party guy as I rarely have energy left by the end of the day but always down for a chill night out or in and a very occasional big night. Super laid back and easy to get on with. Drama's not my thing. Like to keep things clean, not a slob.

Can you help me out?? Or do you have a buddy who can? I'm scrambling for a place now that my other option fell through and I only have until the 31st in my current place in SoBo. Would like to be no more than say 5 miles to downtownish area as I tend to ride most places.
