The closure area includes all cliffs and trails south of the abandoned Artmore Plastics building.
Peregrine Falcons are a state and federally protected bird.
Human disturbance can cause nest abandonment and the loss of eggs and chicks.
Viewing the Peregrines is possible from along the Great Allegheny Passage Trail as it passes through The Cumberland Narrows.

As of 10/2/2021, the established "sisters" hand-line and rappel was looking pretty sad so I equipped a medium sized pine tree up and right of the top-out for Little Jimmie Arete as a rappel station. That tree now has a piece of blue climbing rope and some green 5mm cord + an old biner and a quick link. This rappel easily gets you down to the ground with 60m DOUBLE ROPES. It is possible that a 60/70m single rope would minimally get you down to the ledge above the start of String Theory but I can't say for sure -- BEWARE and put knots in the ends of your ropes if you try it.
