Ron looking for the next bolt. Don't worry, that bolt was stick clipped, he didn't just skip the first 2 :P

Start on the left side of the arete and make your way up to the anchors just below the massive ledge.

[Hide Comment] I felt the crux of this route was getting off the ground. After that it was smooth sailing. Oct 2, 2011

[Hide Comment] Really high quality arĂȘte with beautiful perfect stone. A fifty-something like me can also get to the top, look up at Maximus (which is effectively the 2nd pitch) laugh loudly and head back to the ground... May 23, 2016

[Hide Comment] great route! The 1st bolt, as well as both anchors can rotate. could use a tightening up (I didn't have my wrench!). May 29, 2017

[Hide Comment] Neat arete with good rock and a great position. I had just lead horseshoes and handgrenades before this, and this felt more unstable to me so I had a bit of a harder time (It's just not my style). Still a fun, interesting climb! Mar 21, 2019
