DPW Boulder is one steep, good block with multiple problems. The Boulder has three sides with problems. A steep side with the noteworthy bulge, a sheer side that gently overhangs with crimpy problems and the side with the crack system. Routes start with Hump Day and move right around the boulder.
Park on the dirt pullout on Route 127 between Gloucester and Rockport. Head into the woods towards the pond. Per Tim McGivern, parking also possible at the police station and then you can head down to the reservoir and bear right (south) along the shore and then head uphill to the woods next to the DPW. On weekends you may walk through the DPW yard past the piles of soil to reach this boulder.
