[Hide Comment] I went here this morning. It seems kind of like a ghost town, but then again we were out very early, well before any other climbers. I've heard that Ames is the place to go if you want to avoid other people, and I can see why - everything seemed a bit chossy, damp, and sketchy, and some of the routes (most notably, Smoking Crack) were covered in massive spiderwebs with HUGE spiders in them right where your hands/body need to go. Heads up if you get squeamish or aren't prepared! Aug 20, 2017
