Another good beginner lead with fun moves and bolts where you want them. An easy, low-angle start leads to steeper moves with big holds through a 5.7/5.8 crux.

The 3rd route from the right on Hueco Wall (the cliff right of Dirt Wall).

CAUTION: One of the last bolts at the top broke off today. I taped the hanger to the first bolt as a red tag. Sorry I didn't have any tools to replace the bolt.

This felt noticeably harder than "The Throne" to me, if only for a move or two. I'd call it the 3rd hardest on Hueco Wall.

Look out for loose rock.

Badana, the NMT climbing club is preparing for another phase of our anchor replacement project during this off season. Hueco wall is set as the priority, and first area for hardware updates. We will replace all bolts, except for "gumby", with glue-ins due to the nature of the stone. We are currently finalizing our hardware order, and plan to get cracking on it later this month. Perhaps one of us can get a temporary replacement in before that? Thanks for the heads up!
