RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek MORE INFO >>>

A right facing, right leaning, serrated flake immediately left of Rump Roast II. Starts with wide fists, widens to a chimney and exits with good hands.

First possible climb to the left of Rump Roast II.

BD #2, #3, #4. Chimney can be protected from deep inside.

nice addition duncan. fun route worth doing if you have done most of the others, or if it is busy up there.

uh... blooms book calls this thing "wolfs ear" and gives it a ludicrous rating of 11+. this is my candidate for the softest rating in his book, this thing is 5.10 and really cool for being only 80 or so feet

probably a mid ten. probably a mis-print in the guide. probably not worth doing until you climbed all the other routes at the wall.

Definitely not .11+ but also not a trivial route. VERY SANDY when I climbed it in Fall '14. Still a very cool route with memorable chimneying. I recommend bringing a #6 to protect the top of the chimney since the easiest climbing is on the outside and any smaller protection has to be placed deeper in the chimney where I didn't easily fit.
