Description

White Heat Wall is another of Sinks Canyon's pretty panels of clean limestone. The wall gets sun through mid to late afternoon. Some of the better routes on the wall include White Heat (12d), Blushing Crows (12c), War Party (12b), Spike 'n Vein (11b), and Winter Storm Warning (9+).

Getting There

This is the first wall to the right of Addiction Wall. The wall is physically connected to Brisket Wall. Brisket is just right, starting past the route Guardian Angel (11d) near a left facing corner before a section of low roofy 5.12 routes on Brisket Wall proper.

Spike 'n Vein 5.11b 6c 23 VIII- 23 E3 5c  Wyoming : Sinks Canyon : White Heat Wall
A route in two parts. A nice thin slab intro with well protected technical climbing leads up to a bulge. Shake it out, because its pumpy and routefinding (on a sport route?) takes some time. Climb some initial big moves on pockets up and left into the bulge. Ride it to the anchors. Stout and fun climb....[more]   Browse More Classics in Wyoming
