Description Suggest change

There is a great Hal Crowther essay in which he pens, "The Bible Belt likes its religion the same as its whiskey - strong, homemade, and none too subtle." If you've ever noticed the over abundance of churches in rural Tennessee, you know what he means.

This route very well could have been done a long time ago but it definitely would have been a very long time ago. If so, let me know and I'll edit or remove this information.

I raked a lot of dirt out of a nice finger crack that leads to a brief but unprotected slab and finishes over a bulge. Short but fun; 5.8ish.

Location Suggest change

Located on the backside of a big boulder around the corner from Campsite Dihedral.

Protection Suggest change

small nuts or cams and a hand sized piece to protect the bulge; tree for an anchor.
