This is a small granite pinnacle on the southwest shoulder of Whiskey Mountain. It had a cairn on the summit until I repurposed those rocks as chockstones for a rap anchor. While diminutive in size, it is not a trivial rock to get on top of (or down from).

Getting There

The shortest route is via the Whiskey Mountain Trail to the Ross Lake Trail to a large swampy meadow. Head for the obvious pinnacle above and to the left. This pinnacle is best climbed as a side trip while going to or from another area.
