What's new string encode/decode bug

Looking at "What's new" for my favorites (which includes the Gunks), a comment I recently posted, which notes I am 6', looks to display the single quote in its encoded form

Definitely a bug, but I'm going to let this go since the whole system will be re-coded in a few months and this is pretty minor (it's been around for 11 years!). But thanks for reporting!
