Description

This route is simply the traverse on the rock that is about 150ft off the southern end of the beach in the water. If you're standing in the cave where Iron Man is, simply look towards the water and the rock should be pretty obvious. All you have to do is swim out there.

You can climb all over this rock, and traversing it is fun. You can also climb up and jump off the top in high tide. It's pretty juggy, and anything I've ever done on it has been about V0.

If there happens to be an established name for this route out there, let me know and I can change it.

I have traversed this rock many times over the years as it is fun to climb up, jump off, and continue climbing. HOWEVER, one time while I was traversing, a hold broke off and I fell; obviously wouldn't be a problem due to the water landing, however on the South East face of the rock there are other rocks surrounding it. I fell, hit my back on the smaller rocks, and splashed in the water. I was fine, but had I hit the rock on my head and gotten knocked out, I could have easily drowned.

Be careful on the rock in the water and watch for loose holds!
