Is this new hardware or the original?

Is all the rest of the metal in this photo stainless steel? The quick links, the chain, the hangers, etc. must be all stainless if the bolts are. Otherwise, by mixing plated steel and stainless steel, the rate of corrosion is significantly increased.

I thought the original comment said "SS bolts" but it is gone now.

I don't think I've seen stainless compression bolts before. All of the ones I've replaced have been plated. I guess I've also never seen NEW compression bolts--that seems like an oxymoron.

Just grabbed my running fork, I'm hiking out now to remove it.

Rock Climbing Photo: One of two.
One of two.

Took both out, the other went flying downhill into a bush. The hunt is on..
