YEEHAA!

Description

This hidden gem gets no stars in the guide book, but it is a fun outing. The climbing is mostly on good pockets and edges up a vertical wall. A good warm up for the hard lines nearby.

Location

Around the corner to the right of Tribal War 5.11b. There is a horizontal slash in the wall at the second bolt.

Protection

4 bolts...

Great climb, underrated; steep with big, quality holds.

There is an extension to this route and it goes at 10d. 4 or 5 additional draws to reach the rap rings at the top.

This route is now longer as the original anchors are no longer there. Really fun route, but I'd say that 5.10c is still appropriate even with the extension as the extension is really easy climbing on big jugs. The crux is still down low.
