This has a real easy walk off, left or right so there's no real need to lower off or rappel. The left anchor serves the left four routes and if you're going to TR will need to be extended with long slings to get it over the edge, this can be easily set up by walking to the top of the formation. The right anchor, while closer to the edge also needs some extension if you're top roping.
