BETA PHOTO: Bolts are circled

Getting the first clip is the crux, the first few moves are the hardest on the route. Start at the bottom of the dihedral, follow up the right side of the bolts using plenty of right hand sidepulls and clip all of the draws left handed. Bring tape and wear pants if it's not too hot, the rock is sharp!

Farthest right (west) bolted route on the wall. Can be lead climbed or toproped. Rap or lower with one rope, you could walk off and around if you so desired.

Three bolts to two hangers with rings at the top.

Pretty sure they want you to climb the face, which makes this solid 5.10. As noted, the crux of what you're describing is before you've clipped any bolts, and no one would purposefully set-up a route that way.
