The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
In the left center of the face is a very obvious left facing corner that leads to a ceiling.
Climb the corner (crux) then move right and up the easier, sculpted face to the top.
If only this route/highball boulder problem were longer...
