Chimneys atop third floor east balcony of CU Disco...

  • Climbing buildings is illegal on CU campus.
  • Seasonal Raptor Closures MORE INFO >>>

  • Description

Chimney between concrete slabs up to a ledge above windows. Very few features are available for hand/foot holds. There are chimneys with two different widths, one about 2.5 feet wide and one about 3.5 feet wide. They're both about equally difficult, although they require somewhat different technique.

This is on the third floor east balcony of Discovery Learning Center that overlooks Regent Drive.

    Just don't fall.

One of the most inspiring climbs I've ever been on. Not quite sure what kind of rock it is... some kind of conglomerate. Friction is amazing. Run laps on this in between class.
