About a year and a half ago I blew out my ACL bouldering and had reconstructive surgery so I know your pain of being sidelined for awhile. I was out for about 4 months, but I did hangboarding workouts 1-2x a week while I was not able to climb. When I finally was able to start TRing and running again about 4 months I had built up considerable strength from the hangboarding, but endurance and pure physical conditioning were lacking. I would say it took me about a month or so to get back into shape. I know its slightly different circumstances since you were not out a long though.
