The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Thin, small crimps lead up the center of the vertical face to join Bodacious Rail (V1) midway along it's traverse right.
The moves are balancy, technical and best done on a cooler day.
