A triangle shaped wedge that is severely overhung. There are maybe two routes on it with a few variations. Topping out on the point can be more awkward than you think it would be. It's short but it's actually pretty fun. Be careful if you sit start underneath on the obvious flake. It is loose and will move with you but it consistently holds a 200 lb'er.

Getting There

It's at the top of the hill on the peninsula behing the main boulder and to the left of The Brain. You are pretty much at the high point of the boulder field.

Crazy Bird V4 6B  Georgia : Juliette Boulders : The Wedge
Start on the flexing flake (same as fat man flake) and dyno straight up towards the point. Keep your feet up to prevent dabbing. Top out over the point. This would be much easier if the feet were better. You have to get a smeary right foot to push yourself in the right direction. Your left foot is on a better hold but it is too low to make much difference. Have fun!...[more]   Browse More Classics in Georgia
