Description Suggest change

This wall includes eight routes from 5.7-5.11. It sits on the second tier above and to the right of the South Paw (see Purple Galaxy) area. There are several bottom anchors along the base of the wall for optional protection while belaying along with a rappel station for descent. Routes are listed from left to right. Please leave the locking carabiners that are at the top of these routes to make lowering easier for all. While the Recess is not above other routes, it is above the trail. Please be careful not to knock loose rocks down the hill.

Getting There Suggest change

Access to the Recess Wall is gained by climbing Line Up Please. Climb up past anchor of Line Up Please. A fixed rope hangs down from above to help pull yourself up the hill.
