Description

Climb straight up the face to a gently right angling seam with an offset, 10 feet right of Flying A. Powerful moves in the beginning of the seam lead to a widening of the crack and easier climbing above. Placing gear is strenuous in crux section, but essential to not hit the ground if you fall. A good route with interesting climbing and solid gear.

Location

Route #15 in the ?Photo?.

Protection

Very small to medium sized cams, nuts. Placing the small cam that protects the crux and keeps you off the ground is a bit fussy as it needs to be key holed in.

Lead this route yesterday. The pro was better than expected. I would give it a pg-r not because of a long fall potential but because of the fact that placing the gear that protects the crux is powerful. It is also specific and the cam needs to be key holed in with some wiggling, once in however it is bomber.
