Description

A miniature version of Pride Rock, minus the X-rated fall zone. Home to four climbs, the rock is high quality and cleaned. It makes for a good warmup area.

Getting There

From the S&M Boulder, it is just up hill and left. If following the upper red trail, about midway between The Roofs and Talus areas, there will be an obvious forked tree with a red blaze. Turn here. The boulders will not be visible until you reach the edge of the hill (the trail is set back at this point).

Probing Uranus V0 4  Rhode Island : Connors Farm : ... : The Planetarium
Another great V0 at Connors, and very different in style! Several ways to navigate the crux, and good practice for heel-toe cams and no-hands rests.Starting matched on the common start, follow the low crack around the bottom of the boulder to the fin. Use a variety of jammed appendages to get on top of the fin, and then top out on the left side of the prow....[more]   Browse More Classics in Rhode Island
