Description

Probably one of the more established places in the area with several circuits. Most of the stuff in this area is moderate grade on up with a few more relaxed warm up boulders. Mainly highball.

Getting There

From Hwy 74, take Morris Ranch Road 2.6 miles, take a right on a gated dirt road and please close the gate behind you. Approximately 1.2 miles in will be the cut-off for the road that takes you to The Diamond - park just past it. All the climbing is on your right hand side.

Climbing Season

For the San Jacinto Mountains area.

Weather station 7.1 miles from here

I recommend a high clearance vehicle for this area. The road from the Pods to the Palace gets rough and rocky. No need for a 4x4, however high clearance is best.
