A great singletrack loop that is decently maintained with technical sections and some rock gardens. Near Oil City, Pennsylvania

This trail has some large rocks in a technical rock garden with a nice descent through pine trees. Near Oil City, Pennsylvania

The northwest section of PA is home to the state's only National Forest, the Allegheny. The main city is Erie, on the tropical (!) shores of the great lake of that name.

To whom it may concern, I think that Pennsylvania needs a "Northwest" area list. A bunch of the locations are listed in "southwest" now and they are actually located in the Northwest corner of the state.

Hey Tar, I totally agree! When I divided the state up,I knew (secondhand) of plenty of climbing spots in the northwest and north sections, but since not much had been created for them yet on Mountain Project I glommed them into one big blob.

Any preference on the exact name of the Northwest area page?

You can create it yourself, and Stoned and I can move applicable existing areas there (and refine the north central section location a little better).

I Agree and i'm willing to input data from the Guide for McConnells Mill. i know that the author is working on a 2nd edition and once i get a copy i will be adding a lot more to it.
