BETA PHOTO: Bob in The Hole.
This is not my route, and maybe I have it wrong, but it's been here for a few seasons, so I'm writing it up to see what happens.
We called it The Hole (see the picture). It could easily be next to, or even cover up Wildebeest, since it was a continuous pillar to the water. It is definitely NOT M9 as listed on the old Z-fold map.
This forms just barely upstream of the lower bridge (on the right facing the upper bridge). It's interesting in that it forms not from a shower head but rather from a drain valve. You have to lean out from the railing to watch someone climb the bottom.
We set our anchor on the right edge of the bridge railing closest to the stone Quonset hut, on the upstream side of the lower bridge, kitty-corner from Tooth Decay
Screws or TR.
