This boulder faces east. Its rock is good and has great warm-ups.

This is the boulder facing east at the base of A Piece of Action at the Quarry Wall. See the picture (location is fairly obvious).

Not trying to be a jerk, Gordwah, but people have been climbing on this boulder for many years. The best problem is the L->R traverse. Give them names, fine - but FA?

I'll bet those were the first ascents by a 12 year old....

Ah, Tzilla Jr. - gotcha.

How was the snow on the hike in?

A few muddy spots & some ice & snow on the shady side of the hill adjacent to the crags, but not too bad overall. Nice & quiet, had the place to ourselves on a Sunday.

Sorry, Glen. I know how much hard work you've put into Thunder Ridge. I didn't know who had climbed the boulder. I should have assumed it was you. I changed the first ascents and added the traverse. Thanks, Glen, for the routes at Thunder Ridge. I had fun leading Slippery Nipple!
