Description

About halfway up the hillside below the Main Cliff is this tall boulder, with a slightly overhung bulging face and arete, featured with interesting flakes. Due to its height (22+ ft) and pointy boulder in the potential landing zone, there is a two bolt anchor in the big boulder perched on top that can be used to set up a quick TR with 2 quickdraws. You can get to them most easily by hiking over the top from the Draggin' Bldr. and down and around on the ledge, or scrambling over from Cherry and belly flopping on to the other side of it.

Getting There

See the map . It is boulder #14. Walk up the main 'Shortcut Trail' paralleling the road from the small lot for a minute to the Shipyard boulder. Walk around in back of it then up and right towards the Orange Arete, then rock hop up and left and alongside the Fame and Fortune Bldr. Now look off to the left and you should see it.
