The description here (taken from the Dixie Cragger's Atlas) says there are 5 bolts, but I only found 4, with the first being pretty high compared to other King's Bluff routes.

The lower half of the route looks moderately eroded (by flood or heavy rain maybe). A few parts of the face felt loose/wobbly, nothing that's needed to complete the route though.
