Access Issue: Bird closures
Details
For route closures in Cayman Brac due to bird nests, see info here: climb.ky/2021/04/20/birds-a…
Description
A nice, long route that is sustained with good climbing movement. The rock is much sharper than many of the other routes at the Point and was the biggest detractor. The Devil Wears Flippers moves left before going back right.
Location
When looking out at the sea, The Devil Wears Flippers is about 40 feet left of A Porcupine Named Fluffy or about 30 feet to the right of Shiver Me Timbers. The bolted anchors are placed close to the edge in a hueco. To prevent cross loading of your carabiners it's recommended to girth hitch the bolts. The bottom anchor is shared with Spermy the Whale.
