On top of the pillar where climbing transitions in...

Good hands to some blocky climbing. Finish up a dihedral with wide cups or fists.

0.5" to 4"
Rap rings at the top

Less than vertical hand crack to the right of several routes out the big roof. Crack leads to steeper climbing in a dihedral up higher.

The first half of this route is a lot of fun and easily protected. After you gain the pillar you start the wide section of the climb, which is more difficult, especially if it's wet. Protection is also a bit tricker to place because the crack is not uniform. You can get by without a 4 but 2 #2s and a #3 will be nice.
