During ice climbing season about 50' of ice forms at the Cascade. Rock remains exposed making it a mixed climb.

Getting There

Find Crag 6. Facing Crag 6, walk on the trail to your right, and stay low to the cliff to your left. You'll see The Cascade after a couple hundred feet on your left.

Alternative directions per Dillbag are to park at the Cross Fells trailhead on Goodyear Avenue (Just off of Washington Street). Please do not block the driveway at the end. Head into the Fells, crossing the small stream and continue straight, (Trail parallels Washington Street) for about 3 minutes to the base of the Cascade.
