The big Section is one of the southern areas at Mt. Nemo.

Getting There 

From the parking lot, walk the main trail to the outlook. Turn right and follow the trail that goes along the cliff line. You walk for ~ 10-15 minutes. You will come to a lot, which you can easily walk down. This is GooseBerry Gully. Descend this gully. Turn left. Many routes follow a numbering convention in this area. Look for yellow painted numbers at the base of the rock. The Big section starts at #24B and ends at 13.

This is very accessible trad route that is superb for the introductory trad climber. The route hosts two variations that are technically straight forward and easy to protect. From GooseBerry Gully walk north. Pass The Dead Zone area and enter The Big Section. You will make a slight turn left. The numbers 19A and 19B will be painted in yellow on the rock.
