Park at the Mt. Seneca trail head. Follow the trail for about 3 minutes until you see the boulders.

The Beer Can Crack located at the central courtyard area the trail leads you to with the large overhanging tunnel that leads to the other side, is the dividing line for the entire area. Routes are referred to as either "left" of the Beer Can Crack, or to the "right" of the Crack, as the Bear Caves are essentially a long wall that extends on both sides.
