The Battle of Waterloo

This boulder is right on Waterloo Rd but between mile markers 4 and 5. It's easily visible from the road and is only 30 yards or so from a convenient pull off. Just hop out and enjoy this one-off, very fun problem. And its companions farther up the hill...

Start standing, left hand on a big jug and left foot on the orange triangle. The shelf is off except this orange triangle. Move right to a matched crimp and up to a slopey jug and more fair holds. Top out to the right of the live bushes. Don't disturb flora and lichen growth!

On the road/highlands trail but closer to Hackettstown than Byram, pull off near a huge talus field, right where there is a brown sign showing where the Morris Canal is crossed. The talus and small cliffs up the hill might hide some new lines, be careful!

Between mile markers 4 and 5 there is a big pull off on the river side of the road which has a brown triangular gate blocking the other side of the trail to cars. On the opposite side of the road, the uphill side, there is a small entrance to the highlands trail / marked teal diamonds, follow this trail parallel to the road for a few yards. It is really grown over between the boulder and the road but the climbs are clean.

Thanks Brian,
I'll go check it out. By the way, if you ever need company checking out some new boulders in the area let me know. I live right down the road and I'm more than willing to help out when I'm not busy at work.
